Серотипы 6B, 9V и 19F традиционно ассоциируются с повышенной устойчивостью к бета-лактамам и макролидам, формированием множественной лекарственной устойчивости (МЛУ) и высокой эпидемиологической значимостью. В обзоре систематически проанализированы молекулярно-генетические механизмы резистентности, эволюция устойчивости в эпоху внедрения конъюгированных пневмококковых вакцин (PCV7, PCV10, PCV13), региональные особенности распространения данных серотипов и их клиническое значение. Особое внимание уделено феномену серотип-замещения, роли клональных комплексов ST81, ST156, ST271 в распространении резистентности и перспективам разработки новых терапевтических стратегий.
