Первичная цилиарная дисфункция и ее вариант - синдром Картагенера, представляет собой редко встречающуюся патологию. Несмотря на наличие хронических респираторных симптомов у пациентов, начиная с неонатального периода, осведомленность педиатров о данном заболевании остается невысокой. В статье представлено собственное клиническое наблюдение пациента с синдромом Картагенера.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents current data on the issue of primary ciliary dysfunction. Primary ciliary dysfunction and its variant, Kartagener`s syndrome, is a rare pathology. Despite the presence of chronic respiratory symptoms in patients from the neonatal period, pediatricians’ awareness of this disease remains low.
