Рассмотрена роль микробиоты как части энтеральной нервной системы, влияющей на динамику симптомов аутизма. Показаны связи между пищевым поведением и выраженностью аутистических расстройств, повышенной проницаемостью слизистой оболочки ЖКТ и гипоксией клеток головного мозга, характером дисбиотических нарушений кишечника, степенью тяжести и клиническими проявлениями аутизма. С учетом представленных данных показаны оптимальные подходы к диагностике и терапии расстройств аутистического спектра, которые могут существенно повысить качество жизни пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of studies of microbiome features in patients with autism spectrum disorders. The role of the microbiota as a part of the enteral nervous system influencing the dynamics of autism symptoms is considered. The links between eating behavior and the severity of autistic disorders, increased permeability of the gastrointestinal mucosa and hypoxia of brain cells, the nature of intestinal dysbiotic disorders, the severity and clinical manifestations of autism are shown.
