Стигматизация людей с вирусными гепатитами: медико-социальная проблема
Abstract
Резюме.
Вопросу стигматизации пациентов с вирусными гепатитами уделяется мало внимания в профессиональном сообществе, однако обзор немногочисленных имеющихся исследований обнаруживает существенную недооценку значимости этой проблемы. Пациенты с вирусными гепатитами указывают на негативное отношение к себе, влияющее на все стороны их жизни - как в обществе, так и при получении медицинской помощи. Выявлена и проблема негативных установок среди медицинского персонала, влияющая на качество оказания медицинской помощи пациентам с вирусными гепатитами, а в некоторых случаях даже к отказу в ее оказании. Стигматизация является широко распространенной проблемой для людей с хроническими вирусными гепатитами, которая в первую очередь возникает из-за недостаточной осведомленности об инфекции и путях ее передачи. Данные обзора подчеркивают значимость дальнейшего изучения этой проблемы и принятия мер по дестигматизации, в первую очередь повышения уровня осведомленности общества и медицинских работников о возможных путях инфицирования и изменении представления о «портрете пациента» с вирусных гепатитом.
